The Cannonball Run (1981) stars Burt Reynolds and Dom DeLuise. An eccentric collection of drivers enters an illegal cross-country road race, each team determined to win by any means necessary. Elaborate disguises, wild stunts and unexpected mishaps turn the journey into a chaotic competition. Burt Reynolds leads an ensemble that includes Dom DeLuise and Farrah Fawcett. The film celebrates outrageous automotive antics and the freewheeling humor of an all-star action comedy.
