Smokey and the Bandit II (1980) features Burt Reynolds and Sally Field. The Bandit takes another high-speed assignment, this time transporting an elephant across the country. Sheriff Buford T. Justice remains determined to catch him, leading to more highway chases and comic collisions. Burt Reynolds and Sally Field return for the road-trip sequel. The chase is powered by the same unlikely friendships and outrageous stunts that made the original memorable.
