Quentin Tarantino's Death Proof (2007) stars Kurt Russell as Stuntman Mike, a sinister driver who uses his reinforced stunt car to stalk women on the road. Part of the Grindhouse double feature with Robert Rodriguez's Planet Terror, the film draws on the gritty look and high-octane thrills of 1970s exploitation cinema. Its tense encounters build toward a confrontation with women who refuse to remain victims. This teaser poster celebrates Tarantino's collision of muscle-car action, suspense, and deliberately rough-edged genre filmmaking.
